Eligibility
To enroll in a Blue Cross Medicare Advantage Plan, you must have both Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B.
You must also live in either:
- Broadwater, Carbon, Cascade, Deer Lodge, Flathead, Gallatin, Granite, Jefferson, Lake, Lewis and Clark, Lincoln, Missoula, Powell, Ravalli, Silver Bow, or Yellowstone county where PPO plans are available.
